1. Return and Refund Eligibility
Elegantdrboutiqu ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of TensoRelix, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
- Digital products or downloadable content
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team
Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refund amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost
- Provide a prepaid return label for the defective item
- Process a full refund if a replacement is not available
Please report defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
